  3. Levels Health Continuous Glucose Monitor: I was really surprised after wearing the glucose monitor as to what would cause a spike and how long the spikes lasted. The levels app is great for not only getting glucose reports but also for tracking your macros.
  4. Manta Sleep Mask: Love this. I purchased the cool gel pods as well and the weight of those really helps to put me into a deep uninterrupted sleep.
